We work with your team to build an appropriate, scalable E&S management system including screening criteria, exclusion lists, risk assessment, and ESAP development. For Financial Institutions, we are experts at revising your existing work to incorporate Environmental and Social Action Plan items from your investors and lenders. Development often includes training and capacity building for your team.

For smaller institutions or organizations still in fund raising, we can represent your ESG function to potential investors and lenders. With experience working directly with funds, as an LP, and on ESG Subcommittees, we bring a credible voice to the table as you are scaling. We also offer parental leave coverage.
